Let's Welcome Spring with Open Arms!

Join Liz Mediavilla & friends in a community dance to celebrate the arrival of the new season and the turning of the wheel. Robbi Robb & Amritakripa's The Witch's Brew will be creating the rythmic vibe for an evening under the stars in ecstastic, improvisational dance.

Wear your brightest spring colors and do it warmly, this is an outdoor event. Participation is expected, this is not for those who just "like to watch." Don't worry if you're "not a dancer," there'll be a few us ready to help you get started. Or, you can come early for a pre-celebration Introduction to Yoga Trance Dance Workshop with Liz.

Trance dancing, as I have learned and been certified to teach by Shiva Rea, is a way of recognizing the unity of the Earth's energy and cycles with the energy that flows through our bodies energetic centers, the chakras. Through free-form ecstatic dance we can release old wounds and stagnant patterns that no longer serve us. This practice allows us to open to our highest potential, to plant the seeds to manifest that which we need in order to live in abundance and be present in our most divine and awakened selves.

Please indicate in the email if any of the following apply. Admission applies only to the Trance Dance to compensate the musicians, and the pre-event workshop. All others are free and open to the general public:

Directions & Parking Instructions will be sent UPON REQUEST. (We are located near Pappy & Harriet's in Pioneertown, CA.) If possible, please meet friends there and carpool in.
